Just wanted to drop you a line so you can pass on our thanks to everyone who played last night at the awards at the Cutlers. It really does add so much to the event having you there and creates a really lovely atmosphere.
The chief officer who was at my table commented on how good you were and that it was so nice that we have a band as they don't have one.
I did say ‘they will travel!' so you never know you may get another booking!
Seriously though – it was great to have you there and I hope you all enjoyed the evening as well.
    Kind regards

Barnsley Hospice Light up a Life 2023

We want to say a very big THANK YOU on behalf of everyone at Barnsley Hospice for once again supporting our Light up a Life service at St Marys's Church on Sunday, 3rd December.

Your band are always an integral part of the day and brings so much joy and emotion, making it even more memorable for the families attending. Thank you so much for always taking the time out of your busy schedules; we are, and will always be, forever grateful.

As you may know, the hospice is celebrating its 30th anniversary next year, and we are proud to have received the unstinting support of people like you, which helps us to provide specialist palliative care to those living with a life-limiting illness.

The hospice's core values of Comfort, Care, & Dignity are at the heart of our patient-centred service. Your much-needed donation will help us to continue to make a real difference to local people - including all those little extras which make our care so special.

Once again, please accept our warmest thanks; we cannot wait to work with you again in 2024.

    Warmest wishes

Just wanted to pass on mine and the Chief's thanks to the band for coming along to the conference last week.

As always the band were really well received, with many people commenting on how nice it was to see you guys there. I do wonder if next year we should locate you somewhere slightly different though so you can be seen and heard as everyone comes in to the drinks reception (without causing a bottleneck). I will have a think about this. I'm not saying you couldn't be heard but I think some of those who were later to the party wouldn't have known you were there until they went in to dinner as the crowd stopped them from seeing you.

I also wanted to reiterate the thanks for the Memorial service – that was once again truly moving and brought me and many others to tears! When you play in that environment it is absolutely incredible.

Please could you pass on our thanks and gratitude for both the conference and the Memorial to all involved.

    Best wishes

    Helen

Everybody I spoke to was impressed and they were outstanding ambassadors for your group.

Please pass on my thanks to each member of the band with congratulations for their passion, enthusiasm, dedication and hard work in keeping with it's high standard.
